1.The 45 degree integral bed is made of high quality cast iron and designed with high rigidity.
2.The guide rail adopts Taiwan Yintai/Shangyin high quality widened rail,which greatly improves the rigidity and service life of the guide rail. It has the advantages of fast moving speed, stable in precision ,simple to maintenance, and is suitable for precision machining.
3.The spindle adopts the Taiwan spindle. The whole spindle assembly passes through the high precision dynamic balance. The maximum speed of the spindle can reach 5000rpm.
4.X/Z axis adopts Taiwan "Yintai/Shangyin" precision ball screw, which has fast moving speed, stability and high precision.
5.The machine tool is equipped with standard row arrangement structure, X axle has 800mm stroke.Z axis has 300 mm stroke. It is quick to change tools , high reliability and good rigidity.
6.There are two ways to lubricate the machine: grease lubrication and oil lubrication. Lead screw bearings are lubricated by NSK high-quality high-speed long-acting grease, long service life, maintenance-free; Lead screw pairs and guide rail pairs are lubricated fully and reliably by Japan Valley automatic centralized lubrication system.
7.The main motor adopt 5.5KW Beijing spindle servo motor. The spindle has large outputtorque, high speed and wide speed range.
8.This machine tool can be flexibly matched with various manual chucks, Taiwan hydraulic power chucks or spring chucks according to customers requirement, and various special-shaped turning fixtures can also be made according to customer parts.
9.Use LED lighting: energy-saving, efficient, long life; use tricolor working status indicator lights: real-time display of the working state of the machine tool, facilitation in visual management of the scene.
10.This machine is compact in structure, beautiful in appearance, reliable in semi closed protection and smooth in chip removal. High strength tempered safety glass window, bright working lamp, humanized operation height and comfortable operation.
